I can only concur with what others already have commented. It really looks like a watercolor painting. I cannot believe how serene and delicate this photo is. You have captured the focus on just the right part of the flower, and there is just the right amount of texture in the background to complement the foreground object. The petals are silky-looking and seem to almost grasp towards a light that we know is there, but cannot be seen. The stem of the flower is just right, it comes from beneath, from the blurriness, and reaches up into focus and at the end of it it presents the most romantic flower I have ever seen. Great great GREAT capture!
What really caught my eye in the first place was the beautiful sort, pastel colours of this wonderful flower. It is so delicate looking; it looks just like a painting. The soft focus works perfectly against the beautiful coloured background. I love how the petals too. They look so fragile; like they would crumble away if you were to blow gently on to them.
I also love how the flower is cropped and composed. The slight angle to the stem really draws the eye up to the base of the flower, which then brings you onto the wonderful petals.
I think this is a beautiful creation and I have really enjoyed viewing it. :]
